This year's Catholic Ministries Appeal theme, Sharing the Gospel with Others, invites us to share the good news of Jesus Christ and the promise of salvation, forgiveness, and eternal life with others. It is about offering a message of hope and encouragement, particularly to those who may be struggling in our community.

You may already be aware that 100% of the money raised is used to support the ministries that touch each of our 133 parishes and serve more than 600,000 people each year, and, once our Parish goal is met,  Our Lady of Lourdes shares in the money raised to use for our local needs.

Your generosity to the Appeal assists in the formation of our priests, deacons, and lay leaders; supports respect life initiatives; helps to keep the fire of faith alive in our youth and young adults; and funds programs that help the vulnerable in our communities, including senior citizens, veterans, and people with disabilities.
